I was laying down with my Bean a few nights ago when the following conversation ensued:

Bean: Mama, how do you go to sleep?

Me: You close your eyes.

Bean: But how do you go to sleep?

Me: You close your eyes and relax your body.

Bean: No mama, how do you go to sleep? (getting a little irritated with my answers)

Me: Close your eyes, relax your body and think of happy things. Soon your mind will just fall asleep.

Bean: But how do you go to sleep?

Me: Bean, I don’t understand what you’re trying to ask me honey.

Bean: Why? Am I speaking Spanish mama?
